Mann O Mann Stables is a full care boarding and training facility located in Southwest Ohio.
With 30 years of equine experience, Mann O Mann Stables provides both English and Western lessons for all levels of riders, training for all stages of horses, and full care boarding, including fly spray in the summer and blanketing in the winter—the horse owner has the option for mostly pasture board, or stall board. Mann O Mann Stables has a number of on-site stadium and cross-country jumps, a pond, and access to trails.
Facility owner Liz Mann has been active in the Wilmington equestrian community for many years, and can help young students become involved in local 4-H clubs and other horse organizations. She is an avid eventer, competing through the preliminary level, and can help bring up aspiring students through the levels of eventing. She has an active show schedule in the summer, including both very local and regional shows, so there are many show opportunities available for her students.
While Liz currently events herself, much of her original training was in Western horsemanship-- so whatever your competition goals-- be they in western pleasure, ground work, jumping, or dressage, Liz is constantly working to educate herself in all of these areas so that she can better help her students.
Liz attended Meredith Manor equestrian college, as well as Salem College, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Studies.
In an effort to further education, Mann O Mann Stables offers a number of clinics per year, many with event and jumping trainer Jurgen Gohler, originally of Germany, a two time reserve team member of the bronze medal winning German Three Day Event team, and the only rider to date to have brought six advanced level event horses to the German Three Day Event team
If you are a serious competitor, just looking for a friendly boarding environment, or lessons for yourself or children, Mann O Mann is the perfect fit for you!
